Found in the Balmoral neighborhood of Sydney, Australia, the Balmoral House by Ian Moore Engineers was finished in 2006 and put available with a $10-million sticker. The dynamite, sprawling structure was designed with two amazed structures, differentiated by an entranceway which prompts the deck and dive pool beneath, completed in Basalt stone cladding and hardwood.

Enlivened by nature, the outside components advance inside Balmoral House by means of essentially undetectable frameless glass entryways. The western wing on Balmoral House brags the fundamental room and en-suite on the upper level, and a study sitting above an open-to-above feasting range, living region, kitchen, clothing offices and visitor washroom.

The eastern wing houses more rooms and bathrooms on the upper level, while the lower level is finished with a second lounge room, and a carport with a different visitor suite, rec center and wine basement. The two parlors are associated by a deck sitting above the dive pool.
