The Pivot Pad is a little current staying in the Texas Hill Country. A wooden walkway heads from the road, past a semi-encased garage and through a patio enclosure to the front passage. The passage is the characteristic that gives the house its name: A six foot wide turning area of divider serves as the front entryway. The 400 pound steel entryway is superbly adjusted to open effortlessly, and the end system guarantees that it closes delicately. The entryway was given a corroded completion to make it emerge from the Galvalume siding. The house itself has two rooms and an open living/feasting/kitchen space in 1,000 ft2 (92.9 m2). The eating table duplicates as an additional work surface for the single-divider kitchen.
