Topping this refined structure, the contemporary housetop deck emphasizes a removable rooftop for sun-drenched evenings. Inside, the two stories of living space are overwhelmed with common light and advanced touches every step of the way.

"With eco-accommodating standards managing the design bearing, components that once seemed dim and unwelcoming were given a charming fresh start with the presentation of translucent glass kitchen tiles, white oak board floors and fold-away ground-level entryways," as indicated by Feldman Building design.
